Tied my snatch Pr of 210 reps today but did it much stronger than last time, with the same ladder progressions all the way through. THe last time I dropped to fives at the end. Big motivation with former training partner and newly minted Pro Strongman Rob Meulenberg dropping by unexpectedly! So great to see him.He's gained 20 plus pounds in the last year and most of it is in his upper body!

This went very well except I was very, very stiff and tight for the first 100 or so. Early sat workouts take me forever to loosen up and it is now getting cooler.The pace was fast bespite four of us and I jumped ahead a few times to keep my pace up. I also combined the alst set of 8/8 with the next set of 6/6 of the last round to challenge myself a bit and get ahead. No appreciable slowdown of power towards the end either! Very happy with form and condition

Lots of stretching thumping. lower back was tight from sleeping. Will do bodyfat later when I've had enough fluids . datsit, staying loose.
