Things NOT to forget

When honing Wedges, of ANY size, tape the damn blade. it makes it so much easier it's stupid.

My Russian blades like the Japanese stones. My stubborn 63 Russian which would not get smooth, smoothed out perfectly after yesterday's finisher on Nakayama one with soft and hard Uchi slurry, finishing on water.

Finish on water for the smoothest edge,whether it's a Jnat or  a coticule.
