Shave report

First pass
Decided to go with some tried and true blades today and it was great. The 4/8" Flaschner shaved like a dream and I touched it up yesterday with  25 X strokes on Nakayama 2 with water, followed by 15 X strokes on oozuku on water and the same on Uchigumori on water. Without a doubt the Uchi is my hardest and finest stone. THE finisher for sure

Then 25 laps on linen and 35 on leather

Second Pass
Ralf Aust 5/8" square point

Same thing just keen and smooth, especially since there was little to clean up after the first pass:))
Touch up was the same as above, same stones, same sequence. Worked well
I was so afraid of square and spike points until I learned how to use them, now I love 'em!
